DEPOSITS:-
The deposit for the trip must be paid by July 31st.
The deposit is £75.00 per person. The remainder must be paid by September the 1st.
The cost is currently £232.60. This will be for the coach, ferry and 5 nights stay at the Ibis including a full Irish breakfast buffet all you can eat. The Ibis is situated only a few kilometres away from the tournamant venue.
COMPETITORS:-
Will need to obtain Dangerous Martial Art Insurance which is purchased with us at £38.00 each.
They will also need to get a signed medical consent form, from us which needs to be signed by their doctor.
They will also need a passport photo for a badge to be made so they can access the fighting area.
SPECTATORS:-
Will need travel insurance which may be obtained with us at a cost of £28.00 or find their own travel insurance.
We will need proof of travel insurance as we must be covered as trip organisers, we will be unable to allow anyone who hasn't got travel insurance on the trip as we would be negligent in the event of a claim.
AT THE WORLD CHAMPTIONSHIPS
Competitors Mat Fees:- 60 Euros
Rulebook Tournament Pass:- 15 Euros
Spectators:- 15 Euros per day or 45 Euros for 4 days
